As part of the citywide response to the Coronavirus, Department of Buildings (DOB) customers are strongly encouraged to immediately limit the amount of walk-in traffic to DOB offices.

You can get copies of building floor plans for properties located in the City through the Department of Buildings (DOB).

If Building Plans are in DOB’s inventory, you can get them directly from the appropriate Borough Office.

Floor plans may be viewed at no charge. Copies of files can be reproduced. The cost for copies is $8 for the first page and $5 per additional page. The total cost will vary, depending on the number of pages in the file.

To view plans, you must have valid identification, such as a driver's license or passport.
