You can report a street sweeper that didn’t clean a street properly or come by during its posted Alternate Side Parking (ASP) days and times.

What You Can’t Report

Reports are not accepted:

  • For streets without posted ASP regulations
  • Before or during the posted ASP schedule
  • For Sundays
  • For days when sweeping operations were suspended due to holidays, storm conditions, or other reasons
  • For days that aren’t the latest day posted on the ASP sign (see ASP Reform Rules)

What You Need

You must provide the ASP days and times posted on the street. You can look up the street cleaning schedule for a specific street by using the Department of Transportation (DOT) Parking Sign Locator.

Call 311 to report the problem.

You can report illegally parked cars that impeded street sweeping operations during the posted ASP schedule.

What You Can’t Report

This request form can’t be used for illegal parking in progress. Please use the Illegal Parking page to report it instead.

*Indicates a major legal holiday. Stopping, standing, and parking is allowed on major legal holidays except in areas where these rules are in effect seven days a week (for example, “No Standing Anytime”). Parking meters are not in effect on major legal holidays.
