As of July 1, 2018, water costs $3.90 per 100 cubic feet (748 gallons) and the combined cost of water and sewer is $10.10 per 100 cubic feet. The minimum water and sewer charge per metered household remains at $1.27 per day.
If the property is billed through the Multi-Family Conservation Program, the annual charge per unit is $1,028.53.
