Coronavirus (COVID-19) Alert

The Health Academy is closed until further notice. The class and exam are now virtual.

New applicants should check the back of your application receipt which explains what you need to do before the class and exam.

On a temporary basis, the Health Academy can provide a confirmation email to verify your food protection certificate credentials.

If you are in need of a replacement certificate, email healthacdmy@health.nyc.gov with “FPC replacement” in the subject field.
If you took the class more than 10 years ago you must retake the course and pass the final exam.
