City Government Permits and Stickers
The government permits and stickers that expired on February 1, 2021 were extended to June 30, 2021. The extension will be terminated on July 1, 2021 at 12 AM. If you display an expired permit on or after this date, your vehicle is subject to ticketing, towing, or both.

Clergy Permits
- Clergy Parking Permits that expired or will expire on or before July 1, 2021 at 12 AM will not be extended. If you display an expired permit on or after this date, your vehicle is subject to ticketing, towing, or both.
- If you are using a Clergy Parking Permit that expired in 2020 or an earlier year, you will be issued a summons. Do not use permits with a 2020, or prior year, expiration date.
- Clergy Parking Permit applications are being accepted online or by mail only.
If you have questions about the permit, you can email clergypermit@dot.nyc.gov. Applications or other documents are not accepted at this email address.
Not-for-Profit Parking Permits
The Not-for-Profit Permits that expired on December 31, 2020 were extended until June 30, 2021. The extension will be terminated on July 1, 2021 at 12 AM. If you display an expired permit on or after this date, your vehicle is subject to ticketing, towing, or both.
